I want my money

I’m really unhappy with the service and the false adverti*****t on a fridge I saw on display priced R19 999.

Your sales consultant William helped with the purchase but when we went to pay now the price offered was R28 999. Consumer’s right is to pay for the price on display, the price I see!!

Had a long fight in store for over an hour ended up paying R21 999, but I want my R1 999 back I refuse to pay a cent over that R19 999 I saw the item for, also send your manager Robyn-Lea Utban customer service course she has an attitude!!! I’m taking this further, I know my rights as a consumer.
