I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM MAKRO. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Makro online service is the worse, rather use Game online instead of Makro, they are so terrible. I order online and they split my order into two. The first delivery was cancel by Makro and it was never delivered, the driver called on day one and told me its far and he is stuck in traffic they will deliver the next day. Boom it was then cancelled. The second delivery I ordered 5 Camp chair only 3 were delivered. When I queried the deliveries, they first delivery I was told my money was refunded. The second delivery initially they told me they will refund my money, now when I call they told me they are investigating. So I am affected financial as I am not treated fairly. No one want to assist me telephonically as the consultants told me the managers are in a meeting. I spoke to Rhendani Masindi. This is really unfair. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. WORST SERVICE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS FAMILY AND ANY ONE TO USE MAKRO ONLINE SERVICE.
