I want my money back 😡

I regret buying from Makro online I first had to struggle for them to take the air fryer I bought used it for 2 days and it broke..now I have to call them daily and ask about my refund the 14 days has passed already and I still haven’t got my money back it’s a struggle ,some of their call centre agents just answer the phone and put it aside and continue chatting while I’m shouting hello on the other side this is ridiculous
