I want my money back asap

I bought a canon printer from makro for R2100 in 29 May 2021 and used it for 1 month. On the 11th july the printer stopped working. Due to looting i was unable to return the goods but wjen they opened on the 23 December 2021 Makro Springfield opened again and I went to complain. They took the printer for repairs then returned it on the 1st march 2022 i was told to fetch it. I did that but the printer was still not working. I returned it again and until now the printer is therd. This is not fair and this is not how to treat customers. I want my money back
