I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I made an order on the 14th of March 2025 and I realized I made few mistakes then I called to cancel the order and want my refund on 15th of March 2025 then on the 17th I get notification from the courier stating that the order it's on its way and I didn't understand how possible can it be on the way when I called for cancelation of the same order then on the 18th in the morning I called again and they said the courier guy has already collected the order but I should give them few minutes to contact the courier to return back the order which I did then after they got back to me saying the courier will return back the order and they didn't even send me any message or anything to show that they acknowledge that the order was called to be canceled and on the very same day I still received emails and notification from the makro app saying that the order has been handed over to the courier so I fail to understand what's going on because there's no form of communication from them and I want my money because this is frustrating honestly My order number:#MAK***
