I want my money back

I have never seen such an *********** business such as makro. I do my monthly grocery shopping with them, I have a credit with them. I purchase online a fridge in Feb till today it's still on dispatch and to make matters worse, today they sent their driver to collect the unknown parcel(driver didn't know what he was coming to collect) don't even make arrangements with me to check if I'm available or not. He left without even collecting anything.
