I want my money back
I ordered a blender online. Delivered in 2 days but to my disappointment, when I opened the package , box is torn not sealed & blender broken . Luckily I took a video when i opened it, send it to their WhatsApp number, no response, tried their online website, no option to click further on return. Called their 0860 number , the lady couldn’t assist as she didnt sound like she knows what she must do. May I have my money back & come fetch your broken blender . Whoever packed it has no shame . 08 Feb 2024, 07:40Makro. May I have my money back pls. The person who called me on the 26 Jan. Promised to call me back on Monday after they have assessed the damage. To date I have not heard anything from anyone. 7 days since the completion of assessment has passed . I don’t have to run around for my money . Pls Pay me back .
