I Want my money back

I Bought a Xbox alley X for R19 000 and within few months the device was giving me issues and i returned it then they said it was repaired but nothing was ever fixed and took it back again all i want is my money back now because i am still going to get stress with the device, and i feel like my rights are being abused as a consumer since i was informed that i can only claim a refund if the device is fixed more than 3 times, these is so ridiculous.
