I want my heater

I ordered a heater on the 31 and I was advised that I will get it on the 4 of June before 5pm and the address I put on the system was my work address I then waited to be told bad new cause why wpuld they not deliver on time.. I recently received a call from a guy telling me they came to pick up by an orange building I asked whats the adress written on the item they said they cant see the other guy responded and said they are at Sandon and my order had nothing to do with Sandton.. i was confused but then thought maybe he meant deliver. When I called the guy back he said no he wanted to pick up the item so that he can deliver it to me I advised to deliver at the correct address he then said the company will request a different driver to deliver it… yoh guys when will that be cause I was supposed to get the item on the 4th already today is the 5th. I wish I could’ve requested for a pick up because wow am frustrated and your contact centre procedure is useless 48/78 hours haybo I want my heater now its cold when I paid for it I did not at all say 48/78 hours.
