I want my Headboard

I have never been as disgusted as i am with a company!! I placed an order with Makro for a Headboard and Bamboo pillows the estimated delivery for my Headboard was the 27th of December 2024 till this day i haven't received my Headboard! Between them and the courier they entrusted with my order i don't know who's taking me for a fool!! When i communicate with them on their Whatsapp portal their chat agents leave the chat while you are still talking to them, how rude is that??!!! I am soo disgusted!!
