I want my fridge

I bought a fridge at makro crown mines on the 21st November 2018,I was told that it will be delivered on the 23rd of November. I organized someone to come wait for the delivery but they didn't pitch. I then went back to the store on Saturday around 1 and no one knew any thing about the fridge and I had to wait for 2 hours in store to be told that the fridge is out of stock,infact I was told that the fridge is with the delivery company barloworld. I then told them to call barloworld and the company said they dont have that delivery with them. I called on sunday to find out the results and a guy by the name of Thabo refused to help that is if thats his real name. I dont have a fridge right now and I trusted makro to do the right thing to no avail. I am really disappointed by the service I've been receiving and it would be really sad to stop shopping at makro, its convenient but with this issue it saddens me. Pls assist cos I even called the head office to complain but was told someone will call me to lodge a complaint. So this is my last resort.
