I want a refund.

I would not buy anything from Makro unless you stay in the same town. AND Definitely not online! So I have bought an inverter and wonderful... Makro delivered within a few days and received 6 May. SO impressed. Now 3July the inverter is not working. I either have to take the inverter back to Gqeberha about 300kms away from me where they will assess the item. OR pay for a courier to collect and pay again for it once it is repaired to be returned. In the meantime Makro has my R7000 and I have a product that doesn't work. Very nice. I cannot afford this or just go buy a new one. Can you not do better than this MAKRO? I want a refund and to go so that I can go buy a working product somewhere else that offers better service.

Makro collected my inverter on Monday but I have had no further correspondence. I have no inverter and Makro has my money. Makro I would like my refund and a response.
