I use to love Makro but my days of shopping with you has come to an end

I have been waiting for an update on my parcel for 2 months, Makro is really starting to frustrate me, you just don't care about to the people anymore, you don't care that your customer service is down the drain...customers make you who you are and if you stop taking care of customers who will you have????? You don't even care to respond to any of the complaints.
