I thought I was buying a fridge from a reputable company

Makro is the worst!!! I bought a fridge in December at the makro in centurion in December and in January it was not working. I called their call center to have a technician come look at it and it took about 3 weeks for it him to finally come take a look and he said the fridge needs to be replaced. It's been another week since he came and still no call about getting a new fridge. I have had to throw out food because obviously I don't have a fridge and they couldn't care less. I got a call two days after and was told another escalation would be done and still nothing. I have asked them to refund me my money so I can get another fridge from a shop that would actually care about the stuff they sell to people and they refused. I regret the day I bought from them and all the food worth thousands that has been thrown out because of the lack of service from them
