i still dont have my washing machine

i really dont even know what to do anymore, i have ordered a washing machine on the 28th July 2023 and when i checked the order the following monday it said order failed, i have been calling since that time everyday and every time i call im promised they will rebook the delivery with the courier... im still waiting and no feedback from courier or makro - order number MAK******
