I repeat! No concern for their clients whatsoever!!!!!

For the second time now I was given an incorrect jobcard number by Makro for a faulty laptop that they took from me. I do not have my money and my business is operating without the laptop we purchased (making me run at a loss) and no one knows where it is. Do yo even care about your clients? my previous Hello Peter review you said that you will get in touch with me, 1 week later and still nothing!!!! Worst service ever!!!!!
