I regret my decision for choosing Makro online purchase
I bought the Dstv HD Single view Decoder full installation plus multiplug ,online,instant Eft payment. I had to call the call centre 3 times and even visit the makro store at Wonderboom pretoria for my order to be delivered.
All the time i've been promised we will get back to you ,nothing.
5 days later order was delivered,without the voucher for installation I called the call centre ,the 1 st consultant advised me to call ***,*** referred me to Bling installations,Bling installations informed me that my SN no does not qualify for free installation,i called the call centre again and another consultant referred me to Allis ***,no voucher Allis cannot do anything I called the call centre again another consultant promised me that makro wonderboom will send an installer,I dnt know why I have to chase Makro for installation when they can see I bought the dstv decoder with full installation,i am still waiting.....
Very dissapointed,Actually i wish to just return the product and go buy elsewhere.
Waiting for an installation. and an update.
