I regret buying from you MA

I recently made a purchase online for a Hisense 16kg top loader washing machine and minutes after it got delivered when we unboxed it we found that it was broken into pieces.. I immediately took pictures and send them to the Makro customer care even on their Facebook account but I am not getting any reply.. I have been sending emails for the past days now and still no reply.. I bought this washing machine for my mum who has an injury from the mine on her right hand so she can't do laundry without the machine.. I am very disappointed honestly
