I regret buying from Makro online. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I bought 2 condere kettles from Makro online and only one of them got delivered. I've tried escalating the matter a couple of times since the 25 of February with no feedback from them. This whole process is actually frustrating. If I knew that the kettles were not from Makro but a 3rd party, I honestly wouldn't have bothered buying. I want a refund for the second kettle that's missing since it hassle to get it delivered.
