I purchased an item online on 21 December 2025

I purchased an item online on 21 December 2025. I recieved no communication until I followed up on 31 December 2025. They are response was just to send and email that they cancelled the order and will refund me. In this case they would be in position of my money for more than 30 day and deprive me of an opportunity to use that money to purchase the item from other suppliers. I think they owe me interest but based on the current service level I would even bother engaging them.
