I purchased a fridge from Makro⁠� Crown Mines expecting a brand-new, undamaged product. Upon delivery, the fridge was significantly damaged, and I immediately refused acceptance and requested that it be taken back. However, I was informed that I am required to accept the damaged appliance, which is completely unacceptable. I paid for a new, fully functional fridge and will not accept a damaged product under any circumstances. I urgently request either: • A full replacement with a new, undamaged fridge, or • A full refund of my purchase. Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm how it will be resolved.
