I placed an order with Makro online which they delivered and one of the items I ordered was not functioning at all (Portable Smoothie Blender - Pink) I then logged a return request with the ref number RT#***0 driver came to collect the return on the 9th of April 2024 around 10am he did not scan the Waybill number nothing just collected the parcel and left till this day I have not received my refund been calling and calling every time I am told that my query has been escalated to the relevant department but till this day none of the consultants I spoke has called me with feedback one of them being Jabu. All that I want is my refund as the driver collected this item long time and never updated status of my return I am tired of calling being placed on hold and not receive anything in return
