I placed an order on the 27th of May for a washing machine that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of June, but it hasn't been delivered nor is there any change on the tracker portal since it stated that my order is being processed

I placed an order on the 27th of May for a washing machine that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of June, but it hasn't been delivered nor is there any change on the tracker portal since it stated that my order is being processed. I have called, emailed and sent WhatsApp messages since the 4th of June 2025, only to be constantly told that the complaint has been escalated.
