I placed an order on the 23 August for wine and beer to thank family members in Eouth Africa
I placed an order on the 23 August for wine and beer to thank family members in Eouth Africa. I received confirmation of delivery and expected the parcel to be delivered in two days. Instead the parcel has been divided into multiple deliveries with multiple courier companies and to date on 1 item has been delivered to date. I have called the call centre from Germany where I am based and had the matter escalated twice with no response at my expense! Totally unacceptable!
