I placed an order for a PC from Makro online on the 06th of May and it showed delivery by 09 May. Even today i have not received it. I have done a follow up last week and I was told to give it 2-3 days. Today I made a follow up and I am still getting the same feedback. It’s very frustrating because I can’t even get through the phone to speak with someone. I can only do a follow up on WhatsApp. Their customer service is very bad. I want to ask for a refund and buy somewhere else.
