I placed an order a while ago and was called and told i would receive my order today
I placed an order a while ago and was called and told i would receive my order today. I took half a day off to accept delivery of the machine and no call for the delay or the deliver date and time won’t be honoured. I am truly disappointed by this.

I called the courier and I’m being taken pillar to post with no assistance.
This will be now the second day I am leaving work early to welcome an order that seems will never come.
Please see to it that this gets attended to as soon as possible.
I appalled by this service and lack of attendance.

31 Aug 2024, 14:20Everyday that goes by I receive a call from your useless couriers that the machine will be delivered and they don’t honour that.
I wish you emphasize that I request to leave work early to avail myself to receive the order. The disappointment is not only stemming from the poor service from the courier but the lack of attending the matter from your end.
I’m having my salary deducted for each day requested to leave work early.
I can see makro from my residence. I can walk there in under 5 min… why is it being delayed by 4 days after the machine was handed to the courier.
I wish for the matter to be addressed immediately and to be compensated for accordingly.
