I placed an online order on the 25 July 2025 ,the estimated time for a collection was between the 26 July 2025 and 11 Aug 2025

I placed an online order on the 25 July 2025 ,the estimated time for a collection was between the 26 July 2025 and 11 Aug 2025. I received an SMS notification on the 05 August that my request was canceled ,i spent over 2 hours trying to get someone so can assist or explain. Finally when was able to speak to someone ,was told that i canceled the order even though their system state clearly that Makro canceled the order. Nobody is willing to take ownership
