I placed an online order on October 31, 2024, for beverages needed for a function on November 2. However, my order was not delivered on that date. I called the Strubens Valley store to cancel, and they confirmed the cancellation and refund was processes.Then, on November 4, I received an SMS saying my order was packed and ready for courier collection. I called the store again, and they told me the order hadn’t been canceled but would be now. I waited for a resolution, but by November 8, I had heard nothing. When I called again, I was told my order had still not been canceled and the items were still at the Strubens Valley store. A call center agent assured me they’d send a request to the store to cancel it. My order number is MAK***.
