I placed a request for return about 2 to 3 months ago but I'm still stuck with the items

I placed a request for return about 2 to 3 months ago but I'm still stuck with the items. they have promised multiple times to collect them but still no action. I'm reporting them to the ombudsman as soon they open in January. this is ridiculous
