I paid for a phone. Thy gave me a wrong phone. Since I returned it, I didn't hear anything from the guys

I will really appreciate it if I get the phone I ordered but not refunded money.. MAKRO is not an investment company whereby I send money to buy, thy give me my money back because of your failings.
