I paid but im nit getting my order or refund
They are ****ming, iI made a purchase and money went out, but makro is saying they didn't receive payment so my order was not placed. But money went out, im not getting any help whts so ever, emails, whatsapp call center nothing.

When j.made payment my money went oug immediately, but my refund takes time. Guys please i jeed my money, i feel like my casebis not being attended to at all. Case [#21UJA]
