I ordered Multana red wine on line from Makro

I ordered Multana red wine on line from Makro. Date was the 23 rd October 2025 to be delivered on the 24. The wine was for church event to be held on the 26th oct. Wine was delivered on the evening of the 26 after the event. Parcel was collected on the 29, Refund was due on the 27 November as per the phone call. Refund is outstanding
