I ordered a cellphone on the 29 May 2026 online

I ordered a cellphone on the 29 May 2026 online. They promised to deliver it on the 05 June 2026 however I did not receive it. I sent several emails to online support team and they responded by saying they will escalate the matter to the logistic Department. I called them and they said they repeat the same thing. To date I haven't receive the cellphone I ordered or refund and there is no communication from Makro, I am the one who contact them yet they are doing nothing about my situation.
