I ordered 6 items from Makro Online Store last week and 4 items were delivered separately at my place and the remaining 2 items are still outstanding, I made several queries about why those 2 items are still not delivered as I was promised

I ordered 6 items from Makro Online Store last week and 4 items were delivered separately at my place and the remaining 2 items are still outstanding, I made several queries about why those 2 items are still not delivered as I was promised. I'm still waiting for Makro Team to let me know when I can get those outstanding items. I think to seek legal advice about this matter, sooner or later. This is poor customer service from Makro Online Store.
