I NEED THIS ACTIONED URGENTLY

Utterly disgusted with the Level of service delivery received. I ordered my child's milk from Makro Sat evening hoping that it will be ready for pick up the next day as that is the norm I receive when ordering online with Makro!!!! Today is Tuesday I have not received any response to state that it is ready for pick up and my child needs his milk!!!!! This is the first time I have ever received such service from Makro when I did query they advising it will be ready by the 1st April, mind you when the order was placed not once did it state no stock or the will be a delay nothing!!!!! If I knew this was the issue I would have never order it in the 1st place, but I use makro online as it is convenient and sufficient. I need this to be auctioned ASAP if there is no stock at the store they need to get stock from another branch as my CHILD NEEDS HIS MILK!!!!!
