I need my refund

Never ever buy from Makro online again. I still haven't got my refund after l made a purchase and incomplete goods were delivered. I returned items more than 4 weeks now, they confirmed receipt and an sms of my refund was received. Useless people like Mpho and Norman trying to be busy doing something but no result.

Just wonder how do they bring such liabilities into their organizations. Just big empty head
