I NEED MY REFUND

Never never order something from a 3rd party online! When I received this item the powder was leaking! I called Makro they said to call Dawn Wing, I called them and they said call Makro! No one knows the process!!! I demanded they collect the item and it’s since been 6 business days since the parcel has been collected! I’ve been doing all the calling around NO ONE has called me with an update with regards to my refund. I will never shop at Makro again!
