I need my money
Makro error has left me out of pocket, and I cannot wait 7–14 days for a refund. I need the funds back today to make another urgent purchase. This is so inconveniencing as I'm not the one at fault. I'm not happy at all.

Makro is the one who initiated the refund. They same way I was taken from my account when I was buying the item it should be refunded to me the same way. You are inconsiderate, I did not receive my item so I need to buy a back up but with what money because you telling me about 7 days. You guys don't care about how you are inconveniencing us thought you are at fault not us. I really need that money as soon as possible. I f I had a back up plan I wouldn't even be typing this.

You always copy and paste the we understand your frustration message and and .....but thats not the truth. You dont, otherwise I wouldnt be in this situation. Makro Online is the worst shem. I have never in my online shopping came across something like this. You are the worst. You don't care about your customers at all.
