i need Makro fired security she useless

It was few hours ago, but today on the 03th of Aguest when I went to MAKRO to do shopping. I am a customer for MAKRO for many years I never experience what happening to me today. After I bought what ever I want, I went to the till as usually. Then I pay and go. When am at the door by security I give him my slip and check it then he give it back to me. The other security lady call me to check my bag. I told her I never see any one checking my bag since I was starting to shop at MAKRO. She was so rut and pull my bag by force and open it without my permission. I expect her she will do same thing to the other customers but she didn't check then. When I ask her why she did this to me. She still continue with her attitude, told me she did her job. Since I started to shop at MAKRO I never see any one to the security who act like that nonsense gal. I am asking my self how many customers r getting that behavior. If manager don't fire that gal I promise customers will runner away. And am asking myself did this nonsense gal knows how much am I spent by a month at MAKRO. I wish if a manager can check my profile and tell that gal. I need the manager take that gal out there because am very sad
