I need a replacement microwave

I bought a microwave online from Makro on the 28/03/2025 for my mother as a gift. I was so happy with their service because they delivered the microwave the next day on the 29th March 2025. Upon us opening the microwave the very same day on the 29th by mother as it is her gift with a huge smile on her face! Turns out the microwave was lifting on the side! I immediately sent an email I couldn’t call because it was after their working hours. I did try to call though but it told me it was after business hours and I made a note to myself to call them the next day which was the 30th! Today it’s the 07/04/2025 the microwave is still with us. I have to be the one that calls everytime since they asked for pictures. They are not giving any feedback or saying anything! When I call them it’s always “we are waiting for feedback” my mother has a microwave in her house that she cannot use. It breaks my heart all the time!
