I need a call from Makro as I am tired of this query

I bought lithium batteries online in November 2022 and they did not last more than 6 months then I logged a return of which in the process was confusion in the whole return but I explained to the online team that I need a refund because at some point the owner did not want to even hear anything I had to explain now I received a pick up which shows only one battery is being picked up, my question is what am I going to do with one battery that is not working because even the amount on my return log shows that it is for 2 batteries now my problem is that I cannot even respond to the email they sent to me because it bounces back. I cannot paste here
