I made an online order which was delivered separately.one of their driver who delivered my order on 1st of November broke my Belgravia bottle and I didn't know they where supposed to keep the broken glass I explained to them that I only have a video and pictures as evidence,they said they will use a managers discretion to refund or replace i***** exactly 1 month later today I'm not happy at all for a mere r149 bottle
