I just want my order!
I just don't understand how difficult it is to get my order delivered to me when I ordered it and paid for it almost 1 month ago. I keep being told that it's being escalated...what does that even mean anymore? I just want my order. Stop telling me that it's the courier's fault. It's not the courier's fault. I don't want apologies or scape goating...I just want my order that I have paid for. You said I would receive it in 3-7 days. That was on the 27th of November. It's now the 20th of December, and you have done absolutely nothing.
