I just need the query resolved

I recently opened a makro account cause its everything you need under one roof and thus far i was happy with service etc. But on Friday i received a sms that no payment was received and to my knowledge it was suppose to run off debt order as discussed when i opened up the account even though i was due for payment end of Feb 2015 i paid end of Jan 2015 already and expected debt order to take care of the account. It is not like i could go make manual payment cause i was blessed with the birth of my pretty little girl so i always knew i wouldn't have time i would like the query resolved asap.
