I have ordered water from Makro in December for aq function, The delivery fee was paid and was supposed to be delivered on Thursday before the function. My parcel was delivered 4 days after the function. The order was turned back with the delivery guy, He assured me that he logged the order as a return on his device and i do not have to do anything on my side. January i contacted Makro contact center to find out if the refund request was captured. Only to find that they have no records of such return. I was told that my order is not a product of Makro but Facebook Market product. I bought my products from Makro website if there are any relations between independent suppliers. that should not be my problem i paid Makro and i want my money back from Makro 7months later im still being taken from pillar to post. Struggling to even speak to a manager. The service is pathetic. *******.
