I am so disappointed with the service really after a good experience had now this I have been waiting for my order for a whole week and called head office with this ref *** I was promised that someone at Strubensvalley branch will get in touch with me I called this morning no answer I called again there is no professionalism at all as if people are forced to be at work. The call was dropped in my ear

The order was placed on the 27th to date no update as to when my order will be delivered.
