I have had a bad experience with their online business, I bought a TV on 28 Feb. 2025, it came on the 4 of March, broken. I lodged a return for them to collect it on the 7th. Till today, the TV is with me. I wrote several emails, but am not getting an help. On their WhatsApp, I get to chat with a robot, because everyday the response is the same. I would not advise anyone to Makro online. Their service is very poor, as big name brand I expected more from them. Whenever, you decide to buy something, you buy it because there is a need, not just for fun, as it seems now with my order. Am so heartbroken and disappointed. I will never ever, use their online. It was my first and last time. Been calling them almost everyday, they seem not to care about their customers. Poor service, they deserve a zero star
