First time ordering online at makro had a really bad experience, my order was delayed by weeks. Gave it chance by ordering again, the delivery was still delayed but not as the first time. Now I orderd, I didn't receive a confirmation sms/email that I orderd but money was deducted from my account. I sent them email. They don't reply, I call and they don't answer. I feel like I have been robed
