I HATE MAKRO!!!!! NEVER supporting them ever again!
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I HAVE BEEN WAITING 5 MONTHS FOR MY REFUND!!!!! Makro is a bunch of ******* who ***** your money and they refuse to own up!! There's NO response to emails! The call centre keeps dropping the call when they're not in the mood to help you - which is EVERY TIME! Their finance department is up to **** too! I am so fed up with their lies and empty promises!! You got the broken product back - I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

19 May 2021, 11:34I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!! You keep making promises and you are not keeping to them!!!! I have given you everything you have asked of me (bank statements, proof of payment, ID copies, proof of banking) and STILL you keep on asking the same dumb questions!!!
