I give them a zero out of 10 for their customer service . They are not trustworthy!!i don’t recommend buying from them at all.Makro online SA!!

I purchased a laptop on the 19th on April 2024 and 3 days later my order was cancelled by them and they told me they’d refund me . A few days later I receive an email saying that i have been successfully refunded but i didn’t receive anything from them !! I emailed their customer care on multiple platforms and they don’t respond. Please guys please return our money . There are many of us complaining about this issue
